Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your Zitlin account and all associated data, send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
We will permanently delete your account and all data associated with it — including rooms, rate plans, bookings, guest records, invoices, food items, and hall configurations — within 7 working days of receiving your request.
This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you want a copy of your data before deletion, request a data export first (see below).
Export Your Data
You have the right to receive a copy of the data Zitlin holds about your property before closing your account, or at any time during your subscription.
To request a data export, email [email protected] with the subject line Data Export Request from your registered email address. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) within 7 working days.
Data exports include: bookings and reservation history, guest records, invoices, room and rate configurations, and financial transaction records.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Zitlin's data is hosted in the Netherlands and processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to object — object to processing of your data in certain circumstances
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from your registered email address. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
