This statement covers the Zitlin booking engine: the pages guests use to search dates, choose a room, enter their details and request a booking directly with a hotel (addresses under /pub/engine/), the hotel directory under /pub/hotels/, and hotels' restaurant menu pages.
No tracking, so no cookie banner
These pages set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and load no third-party trackers, social media widgets or ad scripts. Fonts and styles are served from Zitlin's own servers, so visiting a booking page does not tell Google Fonts or any other third party that you were there.
The only cookies these pages use are strictly necessary: each one exists only to make something you asked for work, such as keeping your booking open or showing the page in the language you chose. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)) strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, which is why you are not asked to accept cookies.

Cloudflare, which protects these pages against bots and attacks, may set its own strictly necessary security cookie. The guest details step may also show a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which is used only to tell people from bots.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, booking will not work reliably: the security check on forms will fail, and the page will not remember your language or your booking in progress.
Hotel staff apps
The hotel staff apps (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and app.zitlin.com) use a sign-in cookie to keep staff logged in. They are business software and outside the scope of this statement.
