Not every property runs all year round. If you only do business in the summer — or during a festival season, a trekking window, or the winter holidays — you don't need to pay for Pro for twelve months. Buy Pro only for the months you're actually open, and drop back to the Free Forever plan in the off-season. Your data, bookings, and invoices stay exactly where you left them, ready for the next season.

Zitlin ships as one system — there is no separate restaurant license and nothing extra to install. The modules below are already built in and included on both plans, free and Pro:

Is Zitlin really free forever?

Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no credit card is required. It is not a trial — properties run on it indefinitely.

What is the catch with the free plan?

There isn't a hidden one. The free plan is capped on bookings and invoices per calendar month and gives you a single user account. Everything else — the booking engine, restaurant POS, event spaces, housekeeping — is fully functional.

What does Zitlin Pro cost?

Pro starts at €17 per month and scales with the number of accommodation units. That base price covers unlimited reservations, unlimited invoices, and unlimited user accounts. Use the cost estimator above for an approximate figure, or contact us for an exact quote.

Are the advanced modules included in the Pro price?

Not all of them. Restaurant POS, the booking engine, event spaces, housekeeping, inventory, and expense tracking are built in and included on both plans. Advanced add-ons — OTA sync, channel manager, advanced reporting, API access, and a white-label domain — are quoted on top of the Pro base price, because what they cost depends on how many channels you connect and how deep the integration goes. You are never billed for an add-on you haven't turned on.

Do I have to pay for Pro all twelve months?

No. Seasonal properties can buy Pro only for the months they are open and drop back to the free plan in the off-season. Your data, bookings, and invoices stay exactly where you left them.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding, setup, staff training, and data migration are included at no charge on Pro. Every new account also gets WhatsApp onboarding support.

Does Zitlin support VAT and GST?

Yes. Zitlin supports GST (India) and VAT (UAE, UK, and Europe), with the correct rate applied automatically on every invoice.

Can I use Zitlin for a restaurant without a hotel?

Yes. Zitlin works as a standalone restaurant POS with table orders, kitchen tickets, and QR bill payments — no rooms required.

What happens to my data if I downgrade from Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Your bookings, invoices, and guest records stay in your account. You return to the free plan's monthly limits and single user account until you upgrade again.
