Indonesian properties — hotels in Jakarta, villas in Bali, homestays and guesthouses across the archipelago — lose money in three predictable places: OTA commission, payment processing fees, and the gap between systems that do not share data. Zitlin closes all three from one free account.
QRIS at 0% commission
QRIS is the payment rail Indonesian guests already use, and Zitlin builds it directly into the invoice. Generate a QRIS from any room folio or restaurant bill, the guest scans it with whichever wallet or banking app they carry, and the money settles into your own bank account.
- No commission on any plan. Zitlin creates the code; it never touches the funds, so there is nothing to take a cut of.
- Setup is one paste. Use the static QRIS your bank or payment provider already gave you — Zitlin adds the invoice amount to it on each payment, so the guest never types a figure and never underpays.
- No gateway account and no card terminal required for domestic guests. Card payments you take separately still get recorded against the folio.
The same QR works on a restaurant bill as on a room folio, so a table can settle where it sits.

A QRIS on every folio and every bill
The guest scans, the amount is already filled in, and the funds land in your account. No gateway, no terminal, no percentage.

Language: what Zitlin does and does not have
Being straight about this, because it is the first thing an Indonesian operator will ask. Zitlin's app does not currently ship in Bahasa Indonesia. It runs in eight languages — English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Malay (Bahasa Melayu), Thai and Japanese — chosen per staff member rather than per property.
Most Indonesian properties run the app in English. If a Bahasa Indonesia interface is a requirement for your team rather than a preference, tell us on WhatsApp before you commit and we will give you a straight answer about where it sits.

The OTAs Indonesian properties actually use
Zitlin's channel manager syncs two-way by direct API with Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and 60+ more. Availability pushes on the booking event rather than on a timer, rates stay maintained 500 days ahead, and minimum-stay, closed-to-arrival, closed-to-departure and stop-sell rules sync per channel.
For a villa portfolio this is the whole game: one booking on Airbnb closes that unit on Traveloka and Agoda immediately, rather than at the next scheduled sync.

Tax on the invoice, itemised
Zitlin applies your configured tax rate automatically and shows it as its own line on the guest invoice, so the regional hotel and restaurant tax your property collects is stated rather than absorbed into the rate. Non-registered properties generate clean bills with no tax fields at all.
One system instead of four
- Front desk — one calendar for check-ins, room moves, walk-ins and deposits, across every unit or villa.
- Restaurant POS — table orders and kitchen tickets posting straight to a guest's folio, so checkout is a single invoice covering the room and the food.
- Housekeeping — room status updated from staff phones, so the desk sees what is clean without making a call.
- Direct booking engine — 0% commission bookings from your own website, embeddable anywhere you can paste a link.
